The purpose of this website is to document the extraordinary and persuasive evidence that United States Secret Service Special Agent Ellen Ripperger may have destroyed evidence ordered to be produced by a judge and may have committed numerous instances of perjury. This site is for news and journalistic purposes, and asserts all reporter’s privileges, First Amendment rights, shield laws, whistle blower and no FEAR act protections, attorney client privileges; and as asserted in a FOIA appeal to which DHS-OIG has been non-responsive, the benefit of public disclosure of this information that may be exculpatory or inculpatory pertaining to a federal agent potentially lying under oath or potentially destroying evidence far outweighs any perceived benefit of government censorship of this information. This site only presents factual information, speculation, and opinions pertaining to the likelihood of certain events. It makes no claims pertaining to guilt or innocence of any parties mentioned. In the United States guilt or innocence can only be determined by a court of law. View the list of allegations here.
It further serves to document that the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG) began an investigation into Agent Ripperger’s conduct in 2017, which has since disappeared into thin air. Attorney Thomas Gagliardo speculated that DHS-OIG never really intended to investigate the matter, but simply was gathering information under the pretext of an investigation to assist the Secret Service in determining who the four Secret Service Agents were providing him evidence in this case, presumably for retaliation purposes. This theory seems eminently plausible given that DHS-OIG will not release a case number for their “investigation”, and no mention of their investigation has even been reported in the required DHS-OIG semi-annual report to Congress. A FOIA and privacy Act request has gone unanswered by DHS-OIG for over four years, and the DHS-OIG “investigation” has remained open since April 2017. For comparative purposes, a veteran FBI agent determined who turned in the family of Anne Frank to the Nazis in six months from evidence that was 75 years old. We would like to thank the four Secret Service Agents and the victims of these incident(s) who came forward with information.
If you are a publisher or agent who has interest in representing the author of a novel and screenplay being written about the events detailed on this site, an attorney interested in representing the primary victim individually or bringing a class action case on behalf of all victims, or a reporter interested in obtaining more information about this case, please make contact here. If you are a federal, state, or local law enforcement officer who has been charged with a similar crime that is detailed here, you should download a zip file of all site documents to demonstrate selective prosecution. It is difficult for the federal government to argue any credible basis for prosecuting any state or local law enforcement officers given the conduct outlined here, especially against those who are minorities.
